What these forms collect
Forms collect the name, email, optional phone number, and real estate details you choose to submit. Requests also include the page used, the first page visited in that browser session, campaign tags when present, and the referring page. Session storage remembers campaign information during your visit.
How it is used
Requests are delivered to Sydney McCleve at Real Estate Two70 through Resend, the website’s email provider. Sydney uses the information to answer your question, discuss your home search or sale, and follow up on the service you requested. The website is hosted on Vercel; hosting and delivery providers may process technical logs to operate their services.
Market email requests
Ordinary contact, buyer, and seller forms do not subscribe you to marketing. The market email form has a separate consent checkbox. Requests and consent details are sent to Sydney for confirmation and manual list management. To stop updates, reply to a market email, use the unsubscribe request page, or email Sydney directly.
Address suggestions
When you type at least four characters into a property address field, the text you have typed is sent to Photon, which searches OpenStreetMap data for nearby address suggestions. You may ignore the suggestions and enter an address manually. Suggestions can be incomplete or outdated, so Sydney confirms property details before discussing a pricing review.
Website measurement
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand which public pages are visited. Private account and saved-home pages are excluded, and query strings are removed before page views are sent. If you choose to allow Google Analytics, it also measures public page visits and records a lead event only after the website confirms a contact, buyer, seller, or property request was accepted for delivery. Market-email and unsubscribe requests are not counted as leads. Analytics events do not include your name, email, phone number, message, or home-search filters. Google Analytics is optional; you can decline it or change your choice below.

Home searches and listing photos
Search filters are sent through this website to Real Estate Two70’s listing service. Photos load from the listing provider, which receives standard browser request information such as your IP address. Your filters appear in the page URL so you can return to or share a search. Browsing does not send a name, email, or phone number to the listing service. Property inquiries are delivered to Sydney using this site’s email service. An inquiry does not create a brokerage account or subscribe you to automatic listing alerts.
Saved-home accounts
When you create a saved-home account, Supabase verifies your email and stores your name or username, optional phone number, saved property references, and email preferences. Google or Apple sign-in, when offered, shares the identity details you authorize; Apple may supply a private relay email address. This website does not receive your Google or Apple password.
Sydney and authorized account administrators can see your profile and saved homes to help with your search. Other visitors cannot access your list. Saving a home does not request a showing or subscribe you to marketing. Optional market-email consent and its date are recorded separately, and preferences can be changed in My account. Market emails remain a manually managed service.
Your browser stores a sign-in session so you can stay signed in, and temporarily remembers the home you were saving during sign-in. Use Sign out on shared devices. Contact Sydney below to request account removal; saved-home information is retained until removed or no longer needed to provide the service, subject to recordkeeping obligations.
External resources
Links to city resources, lenders, research providers, and brokerage websites leave this website. Those sites have their own privacy practices. Do not send Social Security numbers, bank statements, or loan documents through these forms.
